Everything lives in a guidebook you return to throughout the 75 days. It’s your home base, so you’re never guessing what matters or what comes next.

At the center is your daily checklist — the heartbeat of the program. This is where circadian biology becomes lived: how you meet light in the morning, how you use screens during the day, how and when you eat, how you move, and how you come down at night. You follow the same structure each day, but the checklist evolves. As your body responds, the checklist changes with you.

The weekly podcast episodes are where we zoom out and make sense of what’s actually impacting women. We talk about energy, weight, inflammation, stress, sleep, cravings, motivation, burnout — and why so many women feel stuck even when they’re “doing everything right.” We focus on the upstream levers that actually change how the body responds, and we talk about them in real-life terms you can apply immediately.

Nourishment is a core part of the strategy.
Not as diet dogma, food rules, or an identity you have to adopt — but as clear, winter-appropriate guidance designed to support metabolism, hydration, and tissue repair. There is no required way of eating here. You don’t have to be keto, carnivore, vegan, or anything else. The focus is on how you nourish and hydrate the body, when you eat, and choosing foods that support connective tissue and extracellular matrix hydration — so the body can repair instead of staying depleted or inflamed.

Can’t AI just teach me this?
That’s a fair question. We live in a world where you can ask AI to explain circadian biology, nutrition, or the impact of artificial light at night — and it will. In seconds, and for free. AI is excellent at teaching concepts, summarizing research, and generating ideas. But… 75 Helio isn’t a random course filled with basic info you can key into ChatGPT. It’s a strategy you live inside. Light, sleep, and nourishment are sequenced, timed, and progressed week by week based on what real bodies actually do as signals restore and emerge. Hate to break this to you, but AI is general — and (worst part) it’s designed to be agreeable. It’s that friend who tells you the outfit looks amazing when it doesn’t. Whatever you key in, it will give you a positive answer and a protocol that aligns with what it thinks you want to do. Not what you need to do — what you want to do. The path of least resistance.

In this work, and really anything to do with your wellness and your body — a human guide still matters.

  • Your home base for the full 75 days. It covers the core principles of circadian biology so you always have a clear reference point. Inside, you’ll find the templates for creating your daily checklist, guidance for customizing it to your body and your goals, along with all of your podcasts, seasonal tools, nourishment strategy and movement practices (weeks 6-10).

  • Meal timing comes first. The ‘when’ to eat is the most important (and overlooked) nutritional strategy for metabolic restoration + transformation. From there, we focus on deeply nourishing and hydrating foods that support metabolism and tissue health through winter. There are no diets to follow, no food identities to adopt, and no rigid meal plans. Instead, you’ll work from simple daily templates that make building your own winter meals feel doable, flexible, and sustainable in real life.

  • Each week follows a clear progression. The podcasts connect circadian biology, metabolism, and seasonal context so the work deepens in a way that feels coherent and lived. Most episodes are 20–30 minutes, and some weeks include a second episode when the topic needs it. The podcasts are designed to support what you’re practicing that week through your daily checklist, so you’re learning while you’re living it.

  • In weeks 6–10, movement becomes its own focus — specifically, movement as a circadian input. You’ll get a weekly practice designed for winter: restorative, grounding, and regulation-forward at the start. But (here’s where it gets good), week by week, the energy ramps as a clear signal to the body that momentum is returning. Here comes spring!

  • Winter has its own set of practices built around what this season actually offers. You’ll get specific tools that plug into your checklist (morning light rituals for winter, chrono-nutrition guidance for darker months, cold exposure practices that fit real life, circadian-friendly lighting for evenings, and winter-appropriate movement rhythm). We aren’t white-knuckling it through the season, instead… we use winter to our advantage.

  • While the 75-day container is active, you have direct access to me. Real support, not “post in a group and hope.” Most of the women I work with in 75 Helio are going through chronic health conditions that are layered and very private. The Winter Edition of 75 Helio begins with a week of prep on Monday, January 26th.  The 75 day container starts on February 1st.

Winter gets framed as the season we avoid. You probably know it as the season where everyone gets sick, gains weight, and just tries to get through it—but that storyline is more about our modern habits than actual truth. Winter is incredibly restorative. If you’re coming in struggling with nervous system regulation, winter is your season. If you’re coming in struggling with inflammation or weight, winter is your season.
