The Base Body Year is your roadmap for 2026, and it’s included as a bonus. We all want our best body, but “best” doesn’t land when the base is missing, it just turns into more effort, more forcing, more spinning your wheels, and results that don’t last. This guide introduces your Base Body and the “languages” that bring you back to it, the inputs your biology responds to first: light, timing, sleep, movement, nourishment, and more.
