Terms of Participation & Liability Waiver

1. The Nature of the Content
I understand that Body Language provides movement instruction, wellness programs, and educational PDFs. These materials represent the perspective and research of the founder and are intended for informational purposes only. I acknowledge that Body Language is not a medical facility, and its founders and instructors are not licensed medical professionals or dietitians.

2. Physical Risk & Medical Clearance
I understand that physical exercise involves inherent risks. I represent that I am in good health and have consulted a physician before beginning any movement practice or wellness program, particularly if I am pregnant, nursing, or have a pre-existing condition. I assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of participating.

3. Downloadable Content & Self-Guided Programs
I understand that wellness programs and PDFs are "self-guided" and that I am responsible for how I implement the information provided. Body Language does not guarantee specific results and is not liable for any adverse reactions or dissatisfaction resulting from the use of its digital products.

4. No Refunds
Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales of videos, PDFs, and programs are final and non-refundable. I acknowledge that there are no exceptions to this policy.

5. Intellectual Property
I acknowledge that all videos, PDFs, and program materials are the exclusive property of Body Language. I agree that these materials are for my personal, non-commercial use only. I will not share, redistribute, or resell any digital content (PDFs, video links, or login credentials) without express written consent.

6. Release of Liability
I hereby release and discharge Body Language and its founder from any and all claims or causes of action, known or unknown, arising out of my use of the website, movement videos, or digital downloads.

7. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a product, downloading a PDF, or viewing a video, I confirm that I have read this agreement and fully understand its contents.
